NF Academy is an International Football Academy that collaborates with players, parents, coaches, clubs and federations in order to educate and develop top football players.

FOCUS ON PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

In all our activities, our priority is the development of our players. Our development model focuses on four main values:

• Rigorous training designed for player development
• Continuous work with the players
• Appropriate training that matches the players’ level
• Games against teams that challenges players to improve their skill

We value dedicated and motivated players, as we see that being a main contributor to their performance and growth.

COLLABORATIVE MODEL

We know that in order for players to continue their development, an integrated solution is required. We see football as an education tool and that’s why we collaborate with coaches, clubs and parents to create a balanced development model for players.

PLAYING PHILOSOPHY

Learn the game by playing it

Our playing philosophy is based on three parts:

• Contextualize training within the game model and / or played forms.
• Train all the components of the game in the training, dividing them and applying the game model without neglecting the individual technique part and working the specific positions.
• Practice the principles of the game in played forms that require decision making.
