NF Career Management
This is a unique program that will ensure players development with a close follow up and guidance from a professional NF coach. Through this program, NF Academy will create opportunities with Portuguese clubs for professional contracts or to play abroad as an amateur.
NF Academy will be an advising partner for players and family in making career choices.
WHO IS IT FOR?
NF Career Management is for motivated, dedicated and ambitious players, ready to move on to the next level in their career. This program will give players opportunities to test themselves with different environments and get international references through training with Portugues clubs.
This program is for boys and girls from 2007 to 2002.
Participating players will be taken to clubs with their level according to NF Academy evaluation from previous programs they have done. New players need to send an application before they can participate in this program.
GOALS WITH THE PROGRAM
With NF Career Management we focus on giving players opportunities to play on a professional or amateur level:
- Support the development and ensure that players have improved individual follow-up from a professional coach.
- Create opportunities with Portuguese clubs for professional contracts or opportunities to play abroad as an amateur.
- Be an advising partner for players and families in making career choices.
- Social development through integration in a player group with multiple nationalities, languages, and cultures.
- Give players detailed feedback on which areas they need to improve and a detailed evaluation report that gives guidance for their training work.
What´s included
- 1 consultation per week 15 – 20 minutes with tactical, technical, and mental feedback.
- 1 video analysis per month 1,5 hours (training and/or matches).
- Organising of trials with Portuguese clubs (2 weeks minimum per season, including follow-up (onsite) on training sessions when the player is in Portugal.
- Your private NF coach is available for family and player for consultation when needed.
- All players will have their own and personal plan of development – Taylor made for each specific player profile).
- Talk with coaches to new potential clubs in NF Academy network and based stronger relations: Scandinavia, Portugal, and Southern Europe.
- Negotiations and follow-up with Portuguese clubs in trying to provide players with professional contracts or amateur contracts.

6 Month Package – 2145 EUR: Includes 6 Months subscription plus 1 Week Trial*
*The Week Trial excludes all logistics with accommodation, food, and travels

Our coaches have already worked for many years as youth talents developers, not just in NF Academy, but also in some top Portuguese football academies as Sporting CP and SL Benfica. They are experts in identifying the needs and supporting on the development of a player.
