My name is Nuno Madureira and I am currently the Head of Sporting Club de Portugal’s Department of Individual Development. This has been my professional role for the last two years. I have been a football coach for over 15 years, working with teams and individual players, both on the national and international level.

What do you like the most about coaching?
What I enjoy the most about being a coach is that I get to work with youngsters of all ages, seeing their daily improvements in collective and individual game-play, and also their development in personal relationships. I love taking leadership and helping in their growth and development.
