NF ACADEMY COACH – GUILHERME FARIA
Guilherme Faria is currently responsible for NF Academy programs in Hordaland where he is based permanently. He has more than 10 years of coaching experience both at national and international level with all age groups from U10 to Professional Senior Level. His experience also covers Coach Development, where he helped to start one of the largest grassroots programs in the world.

What do you like the most about coaching?
What I love about coaching is to see the growth of both players and teams and the empathy generated within players and coaches, which leads to sharing the same line of thought and values, allowing a harmonious and positive development.

NF Academy gives the opportunity to the highly motivated players to experience a different training methodology from what they are used to back in Scandinavia.
